We want to buy a business we can run ourselves and build on for the long term. We know what it takes to build a company and how hard it is to hand one over. When we buy a business, we move in and run it, the team stays, and the name stays. If you want to stay involved after the sale, we're open to that too, and we'll work at your pace.

With committed capital behind us, we're actively looking for a company with the following characteristics:

• Revenue of $3 to $30 million
• EBITDA of $500K to $5 million
• Consistent profits, recurring revenue and loyal customers
• A team and culture worth keeping

We're not brokers, we're not buying to flip, and we're not a fund that buys and walks away. We'd be the ones running the business.
